The annual MyVoice employee satisfaction survey, aimed at listening to the voice of every employee, successfully concluded on October 31st. MyVoice listens to the opinions of placemakers, focusing on collecting employees' true thoughts and feedback, and translating them into active responses, simply to build a trustworthy workplace environment where everyone has a strong sense of belonging.

"You said, we did" is a regular sharing section in the annual internal MyVoice questionnaire. The Customer Engagement Survey (CES) is an annual survey initiated by the ISS Global Group. The 2025 customer satisfaction survey officially launched on November 5th.
