ISS Secures Freshippo's National Office IFM Project

Leveraging our Integrated Facility Management (IFM) expertise, highly controllable self-delivery model, and strict compliance standards, ISS China has successfully secured the national office facility service contract for Freshippo, the New Retail benchmark under Alibaba Group. This partnership highlights our full-scenario workplace support capabilities and marks a new chapter for our services in the New Retail sector.

Spanning 18 core cities and 20+ national sites, this project covers a total area of nearly 40,000 sqm (including the Shanghai HQ and various regional offices). ISS will deliver a one-stop, full-category comprehensive IFM service for over 5,000 Freshippo employees. This encompasses full-scenario logistical support—ranging from daily office operations and meeting reception to relocation support—fully safeguarding the highly efficient operation of core departments such as technology, operations, and the supply chain.
