In 2023, a highly anticipated coffee innovation industrial park grandly opened. This is the largest coffee production and logistics base built by a world-renowned coffee brand in China, and it is also its greenest and most energy-efficient production base globally. Behind this, the ISS preparation and operations team participated throughout the entire process, from relocation after construction completion and administrative building acceptance to post-construction cleaning and trial operation before the official opening. Now, we have joined hands to step into the second year of ensuring the normal operation of the campus.

In daily operations, ISS's integrated facility management services act like a precise network, covering this campus spanning an area of approximately 80,000 square meters. Whether it is the busy yet orderly roasting/production workshops, the meticulous storage in the green bean warehouse, the efficient operation of the office building, the safety guardianship at the main gate and fire control room, the orderly maintenance of bicycle sheds and outdoor areas, or the logistics support for the high-bay warehouse and distribution center, the professional service presence of the ISS team is everywhere. The ISS on-site team provides reliable facility management and logistical support for the client through comprehensive services such as technical, cleaning, food, landscaping, waste removal, and administrative mail dispatch. For special room types such as quality assurance laboratories, ISS strictly selects food-contact cleaning tools and rigorously controls quality and hygiene risks related to food safety. During the hot season, the engineering team intensifies the inspection and optimization of cooling facilities and equipment within the campus, carefully measuring temperatures to ensure the orderly progress of production operations.

The campus’ experience center also plays an important role internally for the client in hosting training, team building, conferences, and other activities. During events such as the client's Family Day, supplier conferences, and school-enterprise cooperation summits, ISS provides environmental support, plant services guarantee, setup coordination, and other services to ensure personnel and electrical safety during large-scale events. When facing emergencies, team members always identify hidden risks and respond flexibly; they also meticulously prepare specialty meals, coffee breaks, and corresponding tableware and decorations according to the event theme, creating a culinary experience that aligns with the client's brand tone.
