Twenty Years of One Heart, Co-building a Better Future | ISS China 20th Anniversary Client Stories

This year marks the 20th year since ISS entered the Chinese market. Previously, we recounted our global heritage and deep cultivation in China and shared the transformation and growth of our employees here. Standing at the milestone of the twentieth anniversary, what we want to focus on the most are also all the clients who have journeyed hand in hand with us.

(I) Choice: Beginning with Trust

In 2005, when ISS first explored the Chinese market, it was the first batch of courageous partners who chose us. Among them was an international chemical giant, who entrusted their crucial R&D center to us back in 2005.

Through nearly 20 years of weathering storms together, within a space of over 32,000 square meters, the manifestation of stable, reliable services and professional engineering capabilities has led them to award us the "Excellent Performance Award" and "Outstanding Service Award" multiple times.

Among them was also a renowned financial client, starting from providing a single security service to now covering over 120 of their service locations, with a team of nearly 300 people providing diversified support, earning the title of "Excellent Supplier" on multiple occasions.

This trust, which began during our exploration phase, laid the first cornerstone for our development in China.

(II) Growth: "Operating" Shoulder to Shoulder

The trust of our clients is the fertile soil for our growth, driving us to continuously evolve and exceed client expectations.

We see that services are deepening. For a certain Nordic retail giant, over 10 years of cooperation have covered multiple formats nationwide, including shopping malls, logistics warehouses, and office areas. The service content has expanded from mall cleaning to diversified scenarios such as restaurant services, waste management, landscaping maintenance, and even furniture assembly.

We see that capabilities are expanding. For a certain world-leading technology enterprise, from an initial single service point to now covering its large-scale campuses, employee apartments, flagship stores, etc., the managed area exceeds 2.4 million square meters, with a service team of nearly a thousand people.

We see that value is extending. For a certain internationally renowned industrial group, since signing the first integrated facility management service agreement, the cooperation has extended to over 50 project sites nationwide, managing over one million square meters of space, covering the full life-cycle needs of the office environment, and creating a safer, more comfortable, and highly efficient working environment for the client's employees.

The client evaluates ISS: "Self-driven, able to proactively explore and upgrade; capable of collaborative learning across projects, reducing our burden; complete talent reserves, responding quickly to changes." This is not only an affirmation but also a spur pointing the direction for our continuous improvement.

(III) Joint Celebration: Advancing Hand in Hand

At the special moment of ISS China's 20th anniversary, project sites across the country organized diverse celebration activities. From Shenzhen to Guangzhou, from Shanghai to Suzhou, from Beijing to Tianjin, there were warm team gatherings, cultural sharing combined with safety training, interactive networking sports events with clients, and ceremonial award galas. Although the forms varied, the heartfelt intentions were connected.

At the event scenes, the smiling faces of employees, the participation of clients, and sincere messages intertwined into touching pictures, becoming a warm bond connecting ISS, clients, and employees.

Twenty years is a summary, and even more so, a prologue. We are incredibly grateful to every client partner who chose us, trusted us, and accompanied our growth throughout these long years. Every entrustment is the driving force to move forward; every affirmation is the beacon guiding our pursuit of excellence.
