With One Heart, Honoring Our Shared Journey | Mercedes-Benz On-site Project Hosts ISS 20th Anniversary Celebration

In 2024, leveraging its profound experience and professional capabilities in facility services, ISS began providing integrated facility management services for Mercedes-Benz.

Centered on "refined management and humanized service," the on-site team comprehensively covers key areas such as environmental operations and maintenance as well as logistical support, dedicating itself to providing reliable and efficient service guarantees for the client's office environment.

Building on the successful collaboration of the Shanghai project, ISS once again won the bid for the facility services project of the Mercedes-Benz Beijing office in April 2025, extending its services to the northern region and further expanding the scope of cooperation. For us, this is not merely a business expansion, but rather a precious token of trust.

From daily morning environmental cleaning and disinfection, rapid response to equipment repairs, and welcoming administrative front desk services, to the immediate addressing of employee needs, the ISS team has always remained rigorous and pragmatic, paying attention to every detail, aligning with Mercedes-Benz's consistent pursuit of exceptional quality, and providing continuous support for the efficient operation of its workplaces.

Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of ISS's establishment in China, the on-site team held a simple yet warm celebration at the Mercedes-Benz Beijing office.

The event featured a warm tea break that created a pleasant atmosphere for communication, attended jointly by Mercedes-Benz client representatives and ISS management representatives. In his speech, Wang Huan, Director of the ISS Office Business Division, extended his blessings to the employees celebrating their birthdays and recognized the hard work and outstanding contributions of the team members. He reviewed the development journey of ISS China over the past twenty years, from its inception to deep market cultivation, emphasized its consistent service philosophy and professionalism, and looked forward to future cooperation and growth.

Frontline employees also gathered at the scene during their breaks, and the birthday employees received exclusive gifts and blessings, sharing in the joy of this double celebration.
