I. Anchoring Strategic Direction: Winning Market Trust Through Stable Development

The summit reinforced our global strategy: adhering to a high-quality, sustainable development path. The recent sustained growth in ISS Group's stock price validates this approach and reflects the capital market's strong confidence in our strategic execution.

Financial health is the solid foundation for investing in the future and building a premium growth platform. Moving forward, ISS China will closely align with the Group's strategy, driving high-quality business development through solid execution to meet market expectations.

II. Focusing on Profitable Growth: Activating Momentum Through Workforce Management

"ISS must achieve profitable growth." This clear Group mandate ensures that every decision and service delivery revolves around strategic focus and efficient execution to maximize value.

Workforce Management was highlighted as a core strategic priority. Benchmarking practices—from smart scheduling and precise role alignment to data-driven labor control—offer valuable references. The Group CEO explicitly emphasized advancing Workforce Management at full speed.

For the Chinese market, ISS China will absorb these global best practices to upgrade our workforce management model. By transitioning completely to an efficiency- and system-driven approach, we will enhance labor productivity and inject strong momentum into profitable growth.

III. Embracing the AI Revolution: Fortifying Core Competitiveness with Human Connection

As digitalization sweeps the globe, AI technology is bound to profoundly transform efficiency standards and service models within the facility management industry.

However, over 400 global executives reached a powerful consensus: in the AI era, ISS's irreplaceable core competitiveness remains the "Human Connection." While technology optimizes processes, genuine customer trust and heartfelt service can only be delivered by people.

This has been ISS's foundation for 125 years. ISS China will actively embrace AI to optimize workflows, while continuously amplifying "human warmth" to build a differentiated competitive advantage and create greater value for our clients.

"Built to Thrive" is not only the century-old promise of the ISS Group, but also the driving purpose for ISS China.

Armed with global wisdom, ISS China will stand firm in the local market with a global vision. We will continuously integrate global resources and local innovation to deliver premium IFM services, joining hands with all partners and employees for the next century-long journey.
